IdoSoft has had a
long relationship with RadioShack beginning in 1989 when
IdoSoft purchased a RadioShack Deafer Franchise. In 1997 IdoSoft was added
to the list of authorized POS vendors for the RadioShack
Dealer Franchise division.
In June of 2000, RadioShack Corporation
purchased a license to the IdoSoft POS software and adopted it as their only POS
program for the Dealer Franchise division. IdoSoft currently works with
RadioShack to further develop their version of our POS software. We are very
proud to be associated with RadioShack and their many dealers. |

In the past several years we have had a relationship with many dealers using the
IdoSoft ICS/POS program that were affiliated with ORGILL. We recognized this as
an opportunity to work with our users and with one of the hardware industry's
largest and expanding distributors that supplies hardware to independent
dealers.
Independent dealers, that is what IdoSoft is all
about and we are very proud to be working with our users and ORGILL to provide
an Inventory Control and Point of Sales program that specifically targets their
needs.
Our ICS/POS program now provides complete
electronic communications and file processing for our ORGILL users. |

IdoSoft has been fortunate to find many of our users using our General Retail
Version to run their hardware stores. We have been working with True Value and
our users for years to create specific functions that would permit our users to
electronically communicate and process files needed to run their hardware
stores.
We look forward to soon be working with the new TrueStart2
True Value specifications and to improve greatly on our interface with True Value.

Many ACE dealers started
using the RadioShack version of the IdoSoft ICS/POS program
to run their hardware stores when they acquired a RadioShack
Dealer Franchise. For most, if not all these dealers, it was
their first POS system. What a cost effective solution this
has been for these dealers.
IdoSoft is currently working with a number of ACE dealers
in an effort to add full electronic communications and file processing. It is
our expectation these functions will be completed in the first quarter of 2008.
We are looking forward to working with ACE and our users to make our POS system
a perfect solution to their needs. |

A number of our users are
United Stationer dealers. IdoSoft provides an electronic
file processing routine to update our users inventory
database. We have a fine match with our General Retail
Version and United Stationers. |

ARI, Part Smart provides the repair industry with a unique data interface needed
to assist dealers in making repairs. IdoSoft has worked with ARI and has an
interface to the Part Smart program to assist in making the selection and sale of
repair parts easier. We are looking forward to adding new functionality into
our new version 5.00. |
